Nunalla Helicopter Experience

A three-hour helicopter journey to Nunalla will take you westward across the mouth of the Churchill River, Prince of Wales Fort and then Button Bay. Enjoy breathtaking views as we take you over the mouth of the Knife River, Delta and the Seal River and watch for moose as they are munching on the willow leaves preparing for winter. We will also cross Caribou River where we may spot caribou on the frozen tundra and at Hubbard Point. Nunalla is filled with archaeological heritage, such as tent rings, abandoned arctic trading posts and an unmarked grave. This helicopter adventure will also take you to the border of Manitoba and the newest Canadian territory - Nunavut. Our Nunalla Helicopter experience is currently being offered on our Polar Bears in Churchill Town and Tundra Enthusiast Tours #3 and #25.
